Flexible queue size control with overflow protection
PROTEI SMSC allows administrators to configure limits for outgoing messages from external applications. The message queue is protected from overflow even when SMS delivery is impossible.
Reliability and load balancing
System availability is further guaranteed by network architecture and load balancing - when one module reaches a set threshold, excess load is routed to a free module. Should a module fail, traffic is automatically redistributed among other modules and the failed module can be replaced without any interruption to service.
Horizontal Scalability
System capacity can be increased with no interruption to service flow, allowing seamless expansion to meet growing service demands.
Flexible licensing
Convenient, flexible licensing allows the operator to provide services efficiently at peak load times such as public holidays and major events.
Database-free operation
PROTEI SMSC operates without an external database, reducing licensing costs to the operator. Fast internal memory supports queue sizes of up to 2 million messages.
