Roaming Gateway
Modification
When a client network is working with a roaming operator’s network, the Roaming Gateway substitutes the IMSI, MSRN and Global Title (GT) numbers of the regional operator for the numbers reserved by the larger operator that has a roaming agreement with the visited network.
Registration
PROTEI Roaming Gateway carries out registration in real time, and carries out transactions on location update. Registration can be allowed or declined on the basis of several parameters.
Reliability
Roaming Gateway uses a loopback connection scheme, meaning that roaming traffic can still be served in the event of malfunction.

PROTEI Roaming Gateway is compatible with any external SIM-based roaming control systems.
